As Managing Partner of Forum Group HR with more than 35 years of experience in HR and HR search, I know this space inside and out. I spent the first decade of my career as an HR Business Partner at companies like Macy's, Nine West, Kenneth Cole, and Starbucks. Fueled by a passion for recruitment and HR excellence, I pivoted into HR search spending the next 25+ years helping businesses and professionals grow, evolve, and succeed through smart hiring.
